Q. How long does it take to finish the design?
A. Most work can be completed within 5 working days, however please bear in mind we are normally booked approx 6-8 weeks in advance.

Q. Are there any additional costs other than those in the package pricing?
A. No. The price includes all design,coding and implementation. The prices we quote are guaranteed for the work agreed. All work includes a 7 day period where minor changes can be requested

Q. Do we need to host our own images?
A. All of our packages now come with webspace, domain and email hosting where all of your images will be kept. Therefore you will not longer need to pay an image hosting company to host your images. Note: You can also use your own webspace if you have some.

Q. Do we still need to pay Ebay 7p per listing to use the template?
A. No. If you are currently using a basic template offered by Ebay then this will be replaced by your own. You do not pay anything to use your template to list items.

Q. Can the design be used with Turbo Lister?
A. Yes, the designs can be used as a template in Turbo Lister, and it should also work in all other listing software. We are happy to check specific software for you.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Once we have discussed your design with you we will send you an online invoice that you can use to pay by credit/debit card, or alternatively we also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Q. Do you write the text content?
A. No. We focus on the design of your Ebay branding. The content of the about me, shop policies etc.. are up to you to decide upon.
